French beans with grated coconut

French beans : 100 grams
Potato (cubed) : 1
Grated fresh coconut : 2 and half tablespoons
Kalonji : Quarter teaspoon
Shrimp (optional) : 50 grams
Haldi : Half teaspoon
Chilli powder : Half teaspoon
Sugar : Half teaspoon
Salt : Three fourth teaspoon

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. In oil put kalonji and the vegetables

2. Add haldi, chilli powder, sugar and salt.

3. Put 3 tablespoon of water and cover.

4. When beans are cooked add coconut and mix nicely .

5. Serve with rice or chapati
