Fried asian brown rice recipe

1/2 cup onion diced
1 carrot, peeled and diced
3 cups cooked rice
2 eggs, whisked in a small bowl
1/2 cup peas
8 oz cooked chicken diced
1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 vegetable oil

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. 1. In a large skillet with vegetable oil, with high heat: cook chicken, carrot, and onion: 3 to 4 mins till cook down:

2. 2.whisk the eggs: in a another small bowl, put the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.

3. 3.After the veggies are cooked, add the cooked rice.

4. 4. Stir: flatten. Cook on high heat: add in peas. Stir.

5. 5. Push rice to one side. Add in egg: scramble up and stir together:

6. 6. Add sauces. Stir: let cook for 2 Mins. And serve
