giant chocolate white chocolate chip cookies recipe

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup unsalted butter room temp
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups white chocolate chips
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. *Use with the Ice cream sandwhich recipe*
2. 1. Preheat oven to 375*. Take (2) baking sheets, and line with parchment paper.
3. 2.In a standing mixer, add butter & both kinds of sugar: cream together. Add eggs, and vanilla extract.
4. 3.In a bowl, add all the dry Ingredients together and mix.
5. 4.Add all the dry Ingredients in standing mixer; mix till combined. Add in white chocolate chips: mix.
6. 5. take off standing mixer, and mix with spatula. take a large Ice cream scooper, and place on baking sheet. spread apart.
7. 6.Put in oven, for 13 mins. Let cool competely
