Gnocchi with blue cheese, mushrooms and chorizo

Crushed garlic

2 Spoons butter
Chopped Chorizo
Sliced Mushrooms
Spoonful of Cream
2 Spoons blue cheese per person
Parmesan Cheese

Directions
1. Whilst bring the water to boil,
2. start heating up the butter and garlic for a few minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook till soft.
Add the blue cheese and allow to melt, once melted add the cream and chorizo.
4. Cook the Gnocchi or pasta and mix in with the sauce and add a touch of parmesan cheese.
