Grand marnier creme

Ingredients for 4-6 people
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup grand marnier
shaved chocolate

Directions
1. Combine yolks and sugar. Beat until thick. Whip cream to form stiff peaks. Fold Whipped cream into yolk and sugar mixture. Fold Grand Marnier into mixture. Pour into your prettiest sherbert glasses and place in freezer for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, garnish with shaved chocolate. Yummm!
