Grapefruit, raspberry and mango smoothie

1 mango, cut into slices
1/3 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 fresh spinach
1 handful frozen raspberries
1/2 grapefruit, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a blender (I used the Nutribullet) and blend. For a thicker smoothie add in ice cubes. For a more juice-like smoothie add in water or the other half of grapefruit.
