Greek style garlic chicken breast
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp paprika
1. 1. Cut 3 slits in each breast to allow marinade to penetrate. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place chicken in a large ziplock and pour marinade in. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
2. 2. Preheat grill for medium heat, and lightly oil grate.
3. 3. Cook chicken on grill until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
4. 4. Serve with Tzatziki. Yummmm
