Grits caserole

Ingredients for 6-8
3-1/2 cups water boil
1 tsp salt
add 1- cup grits quick 5 min then add 1/4 lb butter
roll of garliccheese grits or sharp graded cheese
4- slices of swiss cheese cool this mixture then add
3- eggs beaten
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp worsthishire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
add this to 2 qt greased caserole for 45-60 min until slightly brown
