Hawaiian chicken

2 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp lower sodium soy sauce
1/4tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 six oz boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Prep. Time → 4 hours 10 min

Cook Time → 12 min

1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Reserve 2 tbsps marinade; place remaining marinade in a zip top bag. Add chicken to bag; seal and chill 4 hours.

2. Heat a grill pan over med-high heat and coat with cooking spray. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade in bag. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and add to grill pan.

3. Baste chicken with 1 tbsp of the reserved marinade; cook for 6 minutes.

4. Turn chicken over and baste with remaining marinade; cook 6 more minutes.
