Healthy-ish chocolate cake

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
160 ml oil
1 cup plain yogurt
1tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups brown flour
1 1/4 tsp bicarb of soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup coca powder

Directions
1. Preheat oven 180 ゜C
2. Beat eggs, add sugar gradually. Beat till light and fluffy.
3. Add oil and yogurt gradually mixing well. Add vanilla essence
4. In a separate bowl mix, brown flour, bicarb of soda, salt and coca powder.
5. Mix wet an dry together. Divide into greased baking tins. Two small tines for a layers cake or one big one!
6. Cooking time; as 1 big cake 35mins
25mins for 2 smaller cakes.

An easy and njamy cake! What icing do you recommend?
I normally just make a butter icing. This one was a special Birthday cake for Munki so i did a layer of caramel between the layers and a cream and Lint chocolate icing that i found here: http://thepleasuremonger.wordpress.com/2011/09/10/death-by-chocolate-cake/
The strawberries i covered in caster sugar and rum and left in the fridge over night to make they awesome!
Dammit you are far more jacked than I am! Am going to have to start taking pictures of things I cook. Hoping it'll inspire Adam and I to actually cook new things, and also stop forgetting about things we do know how to make and love.
