1. - Limpiar las hojas y secar.
- Fundir chocolate (el chocolate al baño María).
- Cubrir las hojas por la cara del nervio, con un pincel o un cornet.
- Dejar enfriar y luego despegar la hoja del chocolate con cuidado.
