Homemade baguette bread

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup remaining of flour if sticky
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 tsp package of dry yeast
1 tsp confectioner sugar
2 tsp salt
2 Baquette pan

1. 1. In a measuring cup, add warm water. Add sugar.

2. 2. Sprinkle yeast in measuring cup: set aside.

3. 3.In a standing mixer, add dry Ingredients.

4. 4. When yeast is activated, put it in mixer. Mix 5 to 6 mins. Till dough comes together:

5. 5.dough might be sticky: in a oil bowl, put dough in it.

6. 6.Use pastry brush and oil dough: cover bowl with plastic wrap, and stick it somewhere warm. (Microwave ^^)

7. 7.Leave in hour and half to 2 hours: till it's double up in size:

8. 8.Take baguette pan, and put on top of baking sheet.

9. 9.Flour table: flour top of dough. Knead for 2 mins, with dough scrapper.

10. 10.take some flour and sprinkle baguette pan.

11. 11.cut slices of dough: make sure there even ^^

12. 12. Take one dough, and put some flour on table and roll the dough into a rope like shape ^ and put in baguette pan.

13. 13. Take knife, and make a few slits at top on 3 breads:

14. 14. Sprinkle flour on all 3 breads: cover top with towel, and put in warm place. Till double in size: (30 mins to an hour)

15. 15. Take a cast iron skillet, place it at very bottom of oven tray: and preheat oven to 475*. Make sure is VERY HOT (half hour) 30 mins.

16. 16.Put Baquette on very top Rack, pour a cup of cold water in the Iron Skillet.

17. 17. Bake for 30 mins
