Homemade Chocochip Pancake of nindy - Recipefy

3 cups of flour
2 big eggs
1 cup of sugar
2 table spoons of butter (melted)
250 ml milk
25 gr chocolate chips

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until it's white in a big bowl.

2. Add flour and milk gradually. Mean while, you can melt the butter. Just a little bit, not too liquid just until it looks like half oil. Let it cool for a while before you add it to the dough.

3. You can add a teaspoon of vanilla if you want to have a vanilla-flavor on your pancake but without it would be just fine.

4. Then, add and sprinkle the chocolate chips on the mixture and stir them using a spatula or a big spoon until it's well-mixed.

5. When your mixture seems too watery, add some flour and a bit of sugar. You may add some milk when you have the opposite condition. Make sure the mixture is not too watery or else, to check: use your spatula and if you see the mixture drops one by one it means you have watery mixture then you may add some flour and sugar.

6. Pre-heat the pan (use a wide flat pan) and put a pinch of butter on it, spread it using a (cooking) brush or a spatula.

7. Pour the mixture on the pan using a vegetable spoon or a very small bowl. Make sure it's not spreading all over the pan, that means that your mixture is too watery. In my case, I usually have about 4-5 circle of pancakes in a pan.

8. When you see bubble on the surface, flip it over. You have a half side of the pancake done. When you're done, you can drop them on a big plate and serve with a scoop of ice cream, syrup or just some sprinkle of mint sugar.
