homemade cinnamon rolls recipe

1 package of dry yeast
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water: warmed up to 115 degree.
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup melted butter, to brush over the top before baking

(for the filling:)
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup confectioner sugar
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

(for the glaze:)
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 Tbsp of butter at room temp.
1 1/4 cups confectioner sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tsp warm milk

1. 1. Take hot water, and put it in a bowl: Put some sugar in the water. Put the 1 package of yeast all over the top: leave alone 3 to 4 mins, until it starts to activate:
(yeast forms up)

2. 2. In a another bowl, put in the milk. The melted butter, 1 egg, vanilla extract, sugar: mix together.

3. 3.Add yeast in bowl. Add half of flour: (2 cups) mix till flour in incorporated.

4. 4.mix till turns into dough:

5. 5. In a separate bowl, add olive oil in bowl. Mix all over bowl:

6. 6.knead the dough: put the dough in oiled bowl.

7. 7.flip the dough, and make sure it's oiled on Both sides. Cover bowl, and put plastic wrap in a warm place: and let it sit for an hour or two: till is rises:

8. 8. Take out dough, and put on well floured surface. Flour the top of dough just a little bit:

9. 9.roll out the dough, till it's a rectangle shape:

10. 10. Take melted butter, and brush all over top:

11. 11. Mix the filling together:

12. 12. Sprinkle mixture all over dough top: on the long end side of dough, slowly roll it up. ALMOST TO THE END. When almost to the end, take some water, and dab the ends of it to seal it: roll the end.

13. 13.cut dough in half: cut in half again: keep cutting till you have 16 rolls.

14. 14.In a rectangle pan with butter all over it, put the cinnamon rolls side down: cover with plastic wrap and put somewhere warm, and let it rise again an hour or 2:

15. 15.when done, take some melted butter, and brush the top of cinnamon rolls. (To help with the browning)

16. 16. Put in oven 350* for 30 mins till fluffy and brown. :)

17. 17. (To make glaze:)

18. 1. Add ingredients in bowl, expect the milk: till sugar is mixed.

19. 2.Add milk one table spoon at a time till running consistently:

20. 3.drizzle glaze over rolls.
