homemade frozen mini pizzia recipe

(pizzia dough:)
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar, plus 1 tsp
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/3 cups warm water, 110*
1 envelope of yeast

(for the sauce:)
3/4 cup tomato puree
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 salt and pepper

(for the garlic oil:)
1 small clove of garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

1. * Don't freeze the veggies on pizza!! Put them fresh, so it's not as soggy*

2. * also I personally use the pain cheese pizzia.*

3. 1. In the warm water, in a large measuring cup, add the yeast and sugar to it. Give it a little mix and set aside. Till it gets foamy:

4. 2. In a mixer bowl, add the flour, sugar, and salt. When yeast is done, add yeast in mixer bowl too. Add olive oil. Turn on, medium speed, and let mix 5 to 6 mins till soft and smooth dough:

5. 3. When done, take out of mixer bowl: cut the dough to (4) pieces: take each piece of dough, and pinch the dough and turn into a ball, and put the dough in a baking dish, brushed with vegetable oil: do all 4 like that:

6. 4.cover The dough with plastic wrap: and put a kitchen towel over it: let it rise in a warm spot for an hour: or until doubled:

7. 5.preheat oven to 450* take some flour, and sprinkle on table: take extra baking sheets, and leave it plain:

8. 6. Take one pizzia dough, deflate it, and put it in flour: not too much: take fingers, and do boarder around the edges: stretch out a little with hands:

9. 7. Take two pizzia crusts and put on baking sheet: you have to Pre bake the crust:

10. 8.put crust in oven 4 to 5 mins: bake halfway:

11. 9. (pizzia style 1). = put tomato sauce on pie crust: top with shredded Mozzarella.

12. 10. (pizzia style 2) = brush garlic oil on crust: Add mozzarella cheese on top:

13. 11. Put pizzia's in ziplock bag: and stack them: put in freezer: lasts 3 to 4 weeks:

14. 12. To bake: preheat oven to 450*. Take a baking sheet, and flip upside down: and put on lower shelf in oven: (preheat together) put pizzia on baking sheet, and let cook 10 mins.
