Ingredients for 1 person.
1/4 cup of diced canned Pineapple (canned in it's own juices) or natural Pineapple juice.
Cup of lite Coconut Milk.
1-2 tablespoons of Honey.
Handful of Ice.

Directions
1. Take all the ingredients and put them in a blender.
2. Blend and serve!
