Hondo corn casserole

1 16-ounce can cream-style corn
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 16-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
3 Tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 pound butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste
Variations: Add green chiles or bell pepper to taste.

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 50-60 min

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing owl, mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 3-quart ovenproof casserole for 50-60 minutes.
