Lasagne with a twist of Sally Newbold - Recipefy

One portion of Minced Turkey
6 Large Mushrooms Sliced
1 tin Tomatoes (Plum or chopped)
1 Clove Garlic chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1tspn mixed italian herbs
1 pack of Lasagne sheets
1 Can of Condensed Chicken soup
1 head of Broccoli
1 cup of grated cheese (which ever you prefer)
1/2 tspn paprika
Salt and Pepper to season

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. In one pan steam your Broccoli florets until just tender then remove and blanch in cold water

2. In another fry off your mince and drain any fat, add the onions and garlic, tomatoes and herbs, cover and simmer for 10 minutes stiring from time to time

3. Remove the Sauce from the heat and now your ready to build your Lasagne

4. One layer of mince, one layer of mushrooms, one layer of Pasta, repeat layers again until you run out of Mince

5. In a jug put the chicken soup, and add a little water to loosen then soup, dip your broccoli florets into the soup, then place them onto your final layer of pasta

6. Poor the remaining soup over the broccoli ensuring all the pasta is covered, now sprinkle with the cheese, and finally a light dusting of paprika

7. Place into a hot oven for 30 minutes to 40 minutes depending on your oven, oonce cooked, remove and stand for 10 minutes before serving
