Lauria's Favourite Thai Peanut Butter Chicken  of Lauria Schon - Recipefy

1 C CHOPPED ONIONS
1/4 C PEANUT BUTTER
1/4 C OLIVE OIL OR AVACADO OIL
1/4 C SOYA SAUCE
2 TBSP LEMON
2 TBSP B SUGAR
1/2 TSP CORRIANDER
1/4 TSP CAYENNE
3 BIG GARLIC
SPRINKLE PARSLEY
1/4 C WHITE WINE or WATER

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 90 min

1. PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH - OTHER THAN PARSLEY
(NOT TO LONG)

2. PUT CUT UP CHICKEN IN 8X8 PAN AND POUR OVER TOP.
YOU CAN LET IT MARINADE WITH SAUCE FOR A COUPLE
HOURS BEFORE COOKING.

3. COOK 325 FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR - 1/2 HOUR

4. COVER CHICKEN WITH TIN FOIL AND TENT SO IT
DOES NOT TOUCH THE CHICKEN.

5. YOU CAN BASTE WITH THE SAUCE A COUPLE
TIMES ALSO OR SORTA STIR THE SAUCE
BECAUSE IT SEPARATES.

6. TAKE FOIL OFF FOR 1/2 THE TIME SO IT BROWNS
