Lemon bars recipe

(For the crust:)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 stick of softened unsalted butter

(for the filling:)
1 14oz can of sweetned condensed milk
4 eggs
2/3 cup juice of lemon
1 zest of lemon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp flour
1 yellow food coloring

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350*. Take a 9x13 baking pan, and line with foil: set aside.

2. 2.In a bowl, add flour, powdered sugar, the 2 sticks of soft butter: mix together.

3. 3.Add the dough into the baking pan, press down, and stretch out with hands.

4. 4.Put in oven at 350* for 20 mins: when done, let cool for a few mins.

5. 5.In a bowl, add eggs, and sweetened condensed milk: mix them two together:

6. 6.Then add flour, baking powder, salt, and lemon juice & zest of lemon. mix together.

7. 7.Add in a few drops of yellow food coloring mix.

8. 8.Pour mixture into crust. Level even: Put back in oven, 350* 25 mins. Then let cool for 3 hours:

9. 9.Take a large cup of hot water, take knife, instrerd in there, and cut every time cut dip in knife.

10. 10.And put lemon bars on white platter: Sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
