olive oil
dry milk powder
skim milk
vanilla extract

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Before beginning, assign a value to the unit of one part by volume. For 1 part = 1 Tbsp, this recipe can make about 16 small cookies. Each number is parentheses after the ingredient represents the number of parts by volume to add

2. Add honey (2) and olive oil to a bowl (1)

3. Mix in dry milk powder (2) until achieve a consistency similar to that of creamed butter and sugar

4. Add milk (1) and vanilla (½) and mix

5. Add flour (whole wheat) (8) one part at a time, baking powder (½), and cinnamon (½) and mix to form thick kneadable dough

6. Knead dough, adding more flour as necessary. Then roll small pieces of dough into spheres and squish them into circles of desired thickness and place a greased or lined cookie sheet

7. Bake at 350 until edged begin to brown (10 minutes)
