2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs, room temp
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups quick cooking oats
2 cups chow mein noodles (la choy brand) found in the Asian aisle

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat butter with sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add sifted dry ingredients and mix together well. Stir in chocolate chips, oats, and chow mein noodles.
3. Drop onto a greased cookies sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 minutes.
