Maple Mustard Chicken Thighs of Michelle - Recipefy

1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
8 chicken thighs, skin removed (you can go boneless or bone-in)
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Combine spicy brown mustard through garlic in a bowl.

2. Take about half of marinade and set aside for use after the chicken has cooked.

3. Using remaining marinade, add chicken thighs, turning to coat.

4. Cover and let chill 30 min to 2 hours (30 minutes works out just fine).

5. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat.

6. Remove chicken from marinade and cook on grill until done.
