Ingredients for 12
3/4 cup white or cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/2 Tbs salt
4 1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp black pepper
6 tomatoes, quartered
1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
1 medium onion, sliced

Directions
1. 1. Combine vinegar with spices and sugar and heat to boiling (in microwave is easiest).
2. 2. Pour over the vegetables while hot.
3. 3. Should be eaten immediately, but will last a couple days refrigerated.
