McDonald's Egg McMuffin of Kelly Barton - Recipefy

dab of butter
english muffin
Canadian bacon
egg
1/2 cup water
slice of cheese

1. Split open english muffins and toast. Lightly butter.

2. In a non-stick skillet cook Canadian bacon on both sides. Lightly oil egg ring and place on skillet. Put a dab of butter in it and melt butter. Crack egg into ring and pierce yolk. Pour water into skillet and cover. Cook until egg is set about 2-3 mins.

3. Place bacon on one half of muffin. Gently remove the egg from the ring and place on top of bacon and top with cheese and other half of muffin. Wrap in tin foil for a short time to warm cheese and soften muffin a bit.
