1 lb ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Few shakes of italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper

1. Pre-heat the broiler.

2. Grease a broiler pan (we rub olive oil on it using a basting brush).

3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with your hands.

4. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and place on broiler pan.

5. Broil for 4 minutes, take out meatballs and turn, broil for an additional 4 minutes or until done (mine are often almost done after the first 4 minutes depending on how hot the broiler is and how bit the meatballs are!).
