mozzarella & peporani sicilian pizzia recipe :)

2 balls of pizzia dough
2 cups of favorite pizzia sauce or homemade sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese packets
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Sicilian pan
1 sliced pepperoni

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. 1. Brush the Sicilian pan with the vegetable oil. Make sure you grease it in pretty much everywhere inside, including the sides.

2. 2.Put pizza dough inside Sicilian pan, and put the two together on top of each other.

3. 3.Push the two together, and press evenly on both sides till fills in pan.

4. 4.Cover it with plastic wrap, and place somewhere to rise for a half-hour.

5. 5.When risen, stretch out with fingers.

6. 6.preheat oven to 450*.

7. 7.Take some pizzia sauce, and spread thin layer all over.

8. 8.Put in oven for 10 mins.

9. 9.Spread the rest of pizzia sauce. Take Mozzeralla, and sprinkle all over. Put pepperoni on one side, and the other side plain.

10. 10. sprinkle oregano all over on top. Back in oven for 15 mins till bubbly and golden.

11. 11. Cut pizzia into squares.
