Mustard of Marina Peskova - Recipefy

100 g mustard powder
3/4 cup boiling water
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 Tbsp 6% or 9% vinegar
2-3 pcs allspice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Glass jar with a top

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 2800 min

1. Mix mustard powder with boiling water to dense, homogenous mass. Then pour with hot water, so it will be above mustard's level on 2-3 cm. Cover with a top and leave for 10-15 hours in room temperature.

2. When the time will pass, carefully pour out the water and add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar and ground spices.

3. Ready mustard must be placed in a jar, may it be glass or ceramic. Thoroughly close it and leave for a day to proof in room temperature. Then you can place it in fridge and add when needed.
