Oatmeal breakfast bars

2 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup diced apple
1/4 cup craisins
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix oatmeal, vegan sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, craisins, apples and sweetener.

2. 2. Add olive oil and mix thoroughly to form a nice mushy mass. Place mixture in a 9” square pan and pat down firmly to flatten the surface.

3. 3. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool a little. Cut into bars and let cool completely.
