One pan roasted chicken and potatoes recipe

3 lbs mixed chicken drumsticks and thighs: Skin on, bone in
2 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp fresh Rosemary: leaves stripped from the stem, and roughly chopped
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp granulated onion
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried sage
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
12 cloves of garlic: unpeeled
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 additional olive oil, and a bit more rosemary

1. 1. In a bowl, add the dried sage, thyme, rosemary, paprika, granulated garlic &onion, and dijon mustard.

2. 2.Add salt in the season bowl, and pepper too.

3. 3.Put juice of lemon in bowl: Add olive oil: Use hands and mix together:

4. 4.Add chicken, and dredge in till coated.

5. 5. Cover bowl, and put plastic wrap on it. Put in fridge for a few hours, and when done, let come to room temp:

6. 6.Preheat oven to 425*

7. 7. Cut potatoes: And put in another bowl.

8. 8. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes in bowl. Pepper, and salt.

9. 9.Add Rosemary, and toss together:

10. 10.In a big roasting dish, add chicken in pan.

11. 11.Add potatoes in dish: Add cloves of garlic, and add in pan: Add more rosemary over chicken and potatoes:

12. 12.Put in oven, 425* for an hour, till develop beautiful color.

13. 13.When done and out, sprinkle fresh parsley leaves all over the pan
