Open-Lid Cherry Pie (Sharp Taste!) of Maisie Mouse  - Recipefy

Two Large Jars of Cherries in syrup
Ready-to-Roll Shortcrust Pastry
Half a Cup of Caster Suger
Cornflower 3tsp
Water 160 ml
Sugar half a cup

Prep. Time → 1 hour 30 mins min

Cook Time → 50 mins (Approx) min

1. 1. Roll out the pastry to fit over a pie dish, trimming off any exess

2. 2. Prick the pastery and place in the oven at 190 c until golden.

3. 3. While the the crust is cooking Pour the cherries into a sauce pan and heat on a medium heat. Add sugar, turn down heat and simmer for 10 mins.

4. 4. In a cup mix the cornflower and water

5. 5. Pour in the cornflour and cook 'till thickened.

6. 6. Take the base out the oven and add cherry mix

7. 7. Put in the fridge

8. 8. ENJOY!!!
