Palak with wadi
Recipe byPalak -1 bunch,
Potato - 1 ( medium), Diced
Mooli -2 inch piece,
Wadi - 5-6(crushed) - made from ground urad dal and dried in the sun
Kalonji - 1/4 tsp
Green chillies-1
Salt - 3/4 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Haldi - 1/5 tsp.
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. In oil put kalonji and green chilli
2. Add small diced potato, Mooli, lightly fried wadi, 2 tbsp.water. ( you can also add small pieces of cauliflower and a few peas)
3. Cover and cook till veggies and wadi are cooked.
4. Add coarsely chopped Palak, salt, sugar, and Haldi.
5. Fry for a while till the water reduces.
6. Add chopped green chilli and serve.
