Paneer Stuffed Potato Patties of PCG - Recipefy

Potatoes : 3/4 medium large, boiled and mashed with a pinch of salt.
Paneer : 100 gms
Ginger/garlic 1 tsp finely minced
Green chilly 1 nbr finely minced
Coriander 1 tsp finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Cornflour for coating

1. Crumble the paneer and add the minced ingredients together.

2. Take a portion of mashed potato, make a cup of it, stuff it with the paneer mix and enclose it well so that no stuffing comes out.

3. Gently pat it in the cornflour and deep fry. That's it!

4. Alternatively, you may use breadcrumbs and shallow fry.

5. The trick is to ensure the potatoes are totally dry with no water content in them. We boiled the potatoes earlier in the day and kept it ready
