Pasta, tofu, and veggies

1 lb firm tofu

1 Frozen bag of mixed vegtables

1 Jar of tomato and Basil sauce

1 lb pasta

Olive oil

All-Purpose seasoning

1. Chop the tofu into cubes and sprinkle it with seasoning and a couple spoonfuls of the tomato basil sauce. Mix it together so that the seasoning and sauce are spread over all of the tofu. Let sit for a minute or two. Heat up olive oil in a pan and drop the tofu in it to fry. The recipe I looked off of said to flip it after 5 minutes, but I fried mine in a pot because I didn’t have a pan so it was hard to flip them so I just stirred it occasionally. Set aside.

2. Boil and Drain your pasta. Set aside

3. Pour the remaining sauce, sprinkle in some seasoning, and add your frozen vegetables into a pot. Stir occasionally until it is warm. Stir in your Tofu and you have your sauce.
