Pear, dark chocolate and cranberry baked oatmeal

Ingredients for 4-6 people
500ml milk
500ml rolled oats
2,5ml baking powder
pinch of salt
2,5ml ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
45ml brown sugar
50g dark chocolate chips
25g (quarter cup) dried cranberries
1 pear, diced
30ml sunflower seeds
yoghurt and fresh fruit salad, to serve
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 35-40 min

Directions
1. preheat oven to 180C
2. lightly grease 20cm x 30cm baking dish
3. combine all ingredients in bowl and transfer to baking dish
4. bake until firm to touch, about 35-40min
5. cut into squares and serve
