Perfect Meatloaf Pan Classic Meatloaf of Luke Funfar - Recipefy

2 lb ground beef
1/2 C onion, grated
1 C bread or Club cracker crumbs
1/2 C milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 t dry parsley
1/2 t salt
1/2 t ground black pepper

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into a 9" x 5" loaf and transfer to greased Perfect Meatloaf pan.

2. Transfer to oven and bake 1 hour or until meat thermometer registers that it is cooked through.

3. Transfer to heat-proof platter or cutting board. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
