Practical beef meatballs

400 gr of ground beef
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper powder
2 blocks of beef broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking powder
3 tablespoons sago flour / tapioca
100 ml of ice water
1. 1.Mix the ground meat and add all the subtle spices, eggs and sago flour / tapioca, stir using your hands until evenly mixed, then add ice water little by little until all ingredients are well mixed. Then put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours (I made it night, so last night entered the refrigerator, even more tender)
2. 2.Cook the water over low heat, remove the meatball mixture from the refrigerator, make the dots, put it in hot water if it floats immediately lift. Meatballs can be directly used as a mixture of food or can be directly packaged per 10 seeds or depending on the need to enter into the freezer. Remove Dr. freezer if you want to use it as needed
