1 cup cottage cheese (1-2% fat)
1 medium banana
1 scoop vanilla whey powder
1 cup almond milk

Prep. Time → 5 min

1. Blend all together.
Freeze in ice cream maker.
Or pour into tupperware container and pop into freezer. Stir every 30 minutes until the right consistency.
