Protein pancakes with blueberries and honey of Max Russell - Recipefy

30g protein powder (flavoured or unflavoured)
1 cup oats
1 egg
Dash - milk
Handful - berries
Teaspoon - honey

Prep. Time → 2 min

Cook Time → 2 min

1. Put oats into a mixing bowl

2. Add protein powder

3. Add egg

4. Add a dash of milk to gain desired consistency

5. Mix well

6. Add oil to frying pan on medium heat

7. Fry for around 2 minutes flipping midway

8. Place on plate and add the berries

9. Add a teaspoon of honey

10. Eat :)
