Pumpkin bread pudding

6 cups dried bread cubed
3 eggs slightly beaten
14 ounce can sweetened condenced milk
1 15 ounce can pumpkin
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups milk
1/4 cup of rum or juice such as pineapple or orange
1/4 cup melted butter
2 teaspoon vanilla

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
place bread in a12x7x2 baking dish
stir together the eggs milk pumpkin brown sugar and spices
add butter rum and vanilla
mix and pour over bread
place dish inside a 13x9x2baking dish
pour hot water into dish so that it comes half way up smaller dish
bake 50 or 60 minutes until knife comes out clean
serve with whipped cream on top
