Pumpkin pie spiced meringue cookies

3 egg whites
2/3 cup super fine sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar: *Is added to beaten egg whites, to increase their stablity and volume*
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 sprinkles for topping,

1. 1. Preheat oven to 250*. Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper:

2. 2.Take a piping bag with a star tip pointer;

3. 3.In a large clean bowl, add egg whites: take hand mixer, and start whisking.

4. 4. Then add salt and cream of tartar. while whisking, whisk till light and froasty.

5. 5.In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin spice and sugar together;

6. 6.Slowly start adding the sugar mixture one at time while whisking: ( 6 to 7 mins)

7. 7. Stir well when done: Pour in pipping bag, do little round swirlier on baking sheet parchment paper:

8. 8.sprinkle little sprinkles on top of them^

9. 9.Put in oven, 250* for hour and 35 mins. then turn off oven completely.

10. 10.Let them there for 3 hours :o

11. 11. serve
