Roasted chickpeas

Either 2 cans of chickpeas or 3 cups of dried chickpeas
Pepper
Salt
Any spice you like (curry, cayenne pepper)
Nutritional yeast (if you like to add a cheesy flavor)
Olive oil

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. If you use dried chickpeas, soak them in water overnight.
Put chickpeas in a ziplock bag. Add olive oil and spices. Shake well, so that everything is evenly distributed.
Put aluminum foil on a pan and pour the chickpeas on it.
Bake at 405 degrees until chickpeas are crispy.
