Sardines with Thyme and Lemon of jenn - Recipefy

6 (or more) sardines, whole and gutted
1 lemon, sliced thinly
Thyme

1. Wrap a piece of thyme in a lemon slice and stuff inside sardine. Repeat for each sardine.

2. Heat up a pan in a broiler. When hot, remove and add evoo to the bottom. Arrange sardines in the hot pan and add back to broiler until brown.
