Savta's Pot Roast of Ashley - Recipefy

2 1/2 -3 lbs top of rib
Garlic poder
Paprika
Oil
Onion
Celery
Carrots

Cook Time → approx 120 min

1. Sprinkle meat in garlic powder and paprika on both sides
On top of stove, Put oil in a pot. Place meat into pot until brown
Cut onion slices, celery and carrots and add to pot
Add water just to cover meat and bring to boil
Lower heat and continue cooking for 1 1/2 hr
Keep checking that there is enough water to cover meat

2. You can continue one of two ways:
1. When meat is cool enough, slice on the diagonal and continue cooking another 1hr
2. Cool mean, refrigerate over night and slice when cold. Cook for 1 hr additional
