1 pound ground pork
1 TBSP sugar free red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic pressed or smashed
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp fresh minced basil
½ tsp fresh minced parsley
1 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp ground fennel seed
½ tsp Italian seasoning

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer on low speed. Place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
