1 cup unsweetened apple sauce

1. Scramble the sandwich meat into the eggs and eat the apple sauce on the side. Treetop apple sauce usually doesn't have any weird ingredients.
2. You may substitute a banana for the cup of apple sauce and sub a different type of meat if you need to. Steak, chicken or fish are just fine.
