Slow Cooker Carrot Cake Oatmeal of Kelly Barton - Recipefy

1 cup steel cut oats
4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup golden raisins
4-5 tbsp pure maple syrup, or to taste
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
chopped walnuts

1. Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray or oil.

2. In a large bowl combine oats, almond milk, carrots, raisins, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Stir to combine and pour into slow cooker.

3. Cook on low for 8 hours.

4. Serve with chopped walnuts or any desired topping.
