spaghetti & meatballs of Jens Christian Nørgaard - Recipefy

ground beef 500g, fresh basil & rosemary, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 red chilli, crackers (plain), spaghetti, oregano, salt/pepper, olive oil, 1 egg, mustard, 2 cans of chunky tomato (800-1000gr), parmasan cheese (as much as you like)

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. mix in a bowl: ground beef, 1 eg, 1tb of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 2 stalks of fresh rosemary, 1/2 pack of crackers (I used Tuc original, which worked out fine).

2. make meatballs and fry on the pan for roughly 8 minutes (until) brown.

3. set pasta to boil as you fry the meatballs.

4. chop 3 cloves of garlic and 1/2 a chilli (Red) and roughly a small handful of basil.

5. Fry garlic cloves and chilli on pan briefly until they colour.

6. add chopped basil and leave for 10 sec on the pan

7. then add the 2 tins of tomato.

8. once it is piping hot add the meatballs.

9. serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

10. done
