2tbsp sunflower oil, 1 large onion diced,4 chicken breasts cut into cubes
2tbsp curry powder,1 red pepper sliced,200g basmati rice,450ml chicken stock cube,2tbsp parsley

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 13-17 min

1. 1fry the onions in the sunflower oil gently untill soft
2 season the chicken with salt and currypowder
3add the chicken to the onions and fry gently for a few mins
4 stir in the peppers,rice and stock cube and boil for 10 mins
5serve with the parsley
