1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
sash salt
1 cup boiling water

1. Cook above ingredients 2 minutes until thick. Add 2 cup fruit, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, etc. Cook just long enough for fruit to get hot. Hint: When using blueberries, add 3 Tbsp. lemon juice.
